As it could not be otherwise, a lot of questions arise. The university student answered us:
I understand that a Community Energy Citizen is an association where aim is a non-profit economic entity for energy production and distribution since the consumers it.
The NEON project aims to give energy use (production and storage) to buildings using renewable sources.
I believe that energy demand is partially flexible, regardless of how is produced.
Some buildings use renewable energy (micro-wind, solar thermal, photovoltaic, etc.).
What difference does the NEON project offer?
Hopefully, we will be able to solve all questions as the project progresses!!
